Default Genetic Diseases

Apologies if this topic has already been covered but I'm a pillock and forgot to do my uni 'homework'...first class degree here I come!

Just wondering if any breeders (or other people in the know) know of any genetic diseases which reptiles can get? If not, no worries

Cheers, Matt.
