Ive recently acquired my first leopard gecko and she's so so beautiful (but then, mother's are bias!) anyway....
The reptile shop I got her from couldnt tell me exactly how old she was, but she's only wee...

My question is...how long until they become much more trusting and friendlier? Mine will let me pick her up, but wont voluntarily come onto my hand. She's still rather nervous and I cant bring her out of her viv fully as she's so fast and I'm scared she'll do a running jump...

She's just so lovely...

I know Im being inpatient...but just want to hear other people's experiences of having a little un.....

hey, after about 3-4 months they start settling down a bit and they will get used to you. it depends on how often you handle them aswell. Also when you go to pick them up, put your hand at their height so they dont get scared
