excellent viv, id just like to warn you about the risks of keeping a burm and a boa together. a forum member once kept 2 boas together no problems for 10 years and then one day one of the boas killed the other. with a burm and a boa they may live together no problems for ages and then one day you could wake up to find a dead snake. also they are from different areas and so have different requirements. also once the burm gets bigger the boa could be increasingly seen more as dinner. its a huge viv though, so why dont you put in a divider half way up and make it into 2 vivs so each snake has theirt own viv. it looks like an amazing viv btw.

also, welcome to the forum

being in the building trade........the ceiling back and sides are all timber base....the effect is then rough plastered...i used bonding compound because it has a cork base (good for holding water.....keeps humidity nice) its applied to look like rockface in places and just rough cast in others....there is a large mirror at rear with rockface around....gives the impression you are looking thru a hole in the cliff ....heating is by a small convector heater linked to a thermostat.habistat....
have a mister in there too which is on a timer set for early am....
its been up and running now for 9 months with no problems...i did have trouble setting up the heating at first....getting it just right was hard with such a large viv.....but its ok now

other decor in tank is branches and sunken water trough....bark chips
