Mine's pretty much still bare bones at the moment but I've got some pics in my album of a 'room' for my Sailfins. It's reasonably large as it's a walk in viv.

Sorry there's not much for inspiration yet but I'll get some more pics up as it progresses if you're interested.

Super job Jazz

I am sure it costs a fair penny to heat something that size but it must be great having a walk in were you can interact more with your animals

Wish i had the space for something like that

Do you ever get children for sale in the classifieds i have three?
Only need one spare room

Thanks.

At the moment it's reasonably painless, as it's just the filter and the lights to keep going. I did test it out before I had to gut it all and start again (long story) and the underfloor heating is a bit painful.

I'm hoping that with a bit of tinkering it shouldn't be too bad. I've got to attach it to a new stat as the last one turned out to be faulty so I'm hoping that'll level it out.

For space, I'm pretty lucky really. My livingroom is an 'L' shape with two doors into it, so it was just a matter of sectioning off part of the room. I picked up a double glazed conservatory window for about a tenner from the skip about 7 years ago, so I was pretty lucky there too. Though it has taken me 7 years to get round to being able to use it.

I think the mods might frown on that one

I don't do bad for a bit of extra space, I've got the spare room for the boys at the weekend and I turned over most of my bedroom to a rep room as the CWD and the Frilled are up there.

I don't need a lot of space
