is there something wrong with you!?

you dont need to 'beat' a table up to disrupt and animal

snakes DONT/CARNT show emotion therefore cannot let you know how their feeling, if you disrupt a dog while its sleeping it will jump up and probaly growl at you, so how can a snake tell you they are scared etc?.

sorry right but your insensitivity towards this guys snake has just really fked me off!
nothing wrong with me but plenty wrong with other people who seem to think reptiles are made of chrystal.

The simple fact is, its still no different being in a coffee table in the middle of the room as it is being in a viv at the side of the room. It's simply a viv, on legs. People still put cups, magazines, plates etc on a viv.

i've really f*&ked you off? good! grow some grey matter and realise that you don't have to treat them like a new born baby and there's no issue with it.
Or maybe you have all your vivs in a spare room away from all life form, definately no cats or dogs or kids looking in and knocking the viv.

right let me put it like this. your a snake and have lived in a box all your life with only vision from one angle, your then moved into a glass box in the middle of lets face it, a busy room. i think your going to feel a little overwhelmed are you not?

i've really f*&ked you off? good! grow some grey matter and realise that you don't have to treat them like a new born baby and there's no issue with it.

who said anything about treating them like babies!? you treat them with respect for what they are and what their requirements are. not however suits you...

i guess you would happily have your reps as a piece of furniture...

and as for making assumptions about where my vivs are, grow up! its cleary obvious your more bothered about how your reps fit into your routine rather then change your routine to suit your reps!

people with attitudes like yours dont tend to get very far in life!

Looks good mate =]
We made our coffee table into a tortoise table for our Timmy... a baby leopard. It was in our living room and he loved it being there, had all the attention he wanted

plus we still used it to put our feet on

but there was the added bonus with him that we didn't need glass in the sides, him being a tortoise. so no worry about it smashing. And it has a wooden top.

i'm guessing i've already got further than you, and yes vivs are a piece of the furniture which is why they come in different colours and sizes to fit into the room.

I think longs their needs are met there is no problem. Meko is right people use normal vivs as part of their furntiure, ornaments, cups etc...
The OP is doing their best to provide a home which is original for their snakes. I think they are open to constructive comments-not a slating
Good luck with your project
