Thanks! - I saw the clear silicone sealant in B&Q but was unsure if it was suitable & thought that I had to use aquarium sealant as if was the safest to use when sealing a viv. I'll pop down to my local one tonight then & pick some up.

Have replied in your wanted add, but will also post here.
I am yet to find a sealent at a DIY shop that is 100% free of fungal stuff. If using in a dry viv, I would guess it 'should' be ok, but i'd get aquarium grade and be on the safe side. I use this seller. Fantastic service, great prices. Email him 1st and he'll give you a combined p&p deal.
