Default Trpile Tank Build 2

Hi just thought I'd share some pics with you. This is the 95% completed and furnished 3 way split tank, with the link to the early bulid stage.

http://www.reptileforums.co.uk/habit...ank-build.html

Full frontal (oo-er Mrs), sorry about the shoddy pic and reflections

From the top with all lids in closed position, showing approx 5mm air gap

Centre tank lid withdrawn to increase airflow

Close up of the meash arrangement

Occupants soon to be in their new homes
All questions welcome as usual. Thanks for looking

not unless they can fly,,

Seriously though, the holes in the mesh are too small for the size of crickets I will be using. And if I had to use smaller ones for any reason, I'd just make sure they were eaten before leaving the mesh exposed at the back. For a cricket to get up to the front gap, it would need to climb the glass (9" tall) (or fly, lol), and thats if the lid was fully back, giving the full 5mm gap.
