im in the process of deciding on how im going to go about building mine,i think ill be back to the drawing board after seeing yours i really like the idea of a cupboard underneith what was the rough cost on all this?

Hi Dan, sorry for the belated reply!
I believe it is a self ballasted (SB) 150W bulb however im sure I ordered a 100W at the time

Either way it doubles up as the basking lamp as it gets hot and produces the UV... I also have the daylight tube to up the brightness in the vivarium and balance out the light spectrum

Cheers for all the comments guys, Tyrone is still loving it! (Although it has now turned out she is a she, mabe Tyronella?! )
