Default Open iguana 'areas'

Does anyone have any pictures or advice on iguana areas, that are just open say like a java tree in the corner, trellis, plants, hide etc but without wooden walls and glass, just a UV source and few heat lamps. So the little guy can just wonder around the room as he pleases and go back to bask. I'm not really in the position to build a huge Viv (8x12x6 - HxLxW or something) like I would like for him & I like the idea of adapting the whole room for him when gets bigger. So, is this possible? Has it been done?

Thanksa lot, Rick.

I know a guy whos parents had one which lived in their bathroom during the day.

And I've seen people with Iggys that sit quite happy on a perch kinda like a bird table with a tray under it on the floor to catch anything.

just a thought, have you considered a flexarium? like a big mesh viv? not sure how well it'd handle a iggy though, but much easier and cheaper than a mahusive viv.

Don't think you can get flexys big enough, woudl be nice to have something to enclose him in during mating season. Don't think humidity will be a problem because i've got a pond misting machine that i'd put below him in a small pond.

Thanks, Rick.
