I got similar, mine won´t go down to 25, it turns off!
and both are new! might have to try a new one lol although mine might be the actual heatmat x

saying my mat stat only heats up to 80 doesnt really help alot
need more info like what make it is, where it is placed in the viv. what are your required temps, what rep is it for etc without this you wont get really any help at all, im sorry to say
