first of all you need minimum 45 x 45 x 60 for 3 females, they dont always get on together so keep an eye out. Females are better but not 100% they will get on.
If you have adults or sub adults 15grams+ then use eco earth, it helps to keep moisture and humidity levels up. You can also use shagnum moss on top of your eco earth, not too much but this also keeps moisture and humidity levels up.
As for plants then you can have ferns, spyder plants, ficus and aloes. Remember you need gravel or very small pebbles in the bottom for drainage, you will need light for live plants. Maybe a small uv bulb around 2% uv.
Cresty's dont really need hides, as long as they have plenty to climb and lots of hanging vines then they will find somewhere to hide/sleep. I have bred my cresty's for a while and kept them a while too, i have never given them hides as they find somewhere they love.
I wouldnt go for a water feature, they need cleaning, crestys climb through them and they arent really much cop. Havent heard anyfn but bad things about them on here, for crestys. The eco earth substrate will do the trick anyway, so will the shagnum moss.
I would go for a water bowl around a small size, as crestys do drink from open water they tend to drink it off the glass, leaves and anything else that holds water on it.
