Default Taken me a while to build but...

...finally almost finished. Not sure what im putting in it yet, possibly a couple of gold dust day geckos..

Its 3ftx3ftx2ft and has a built in fountain which comes out of the 'Eye' and trickles down the steps to the pool below (with feeding bowls either side for veg/insects). Made everything myself bar the artificial plants. The Pyramid is made from polystyrene covered in concrete and painted, then covered with a waterproof aquarium safe pond sealer. The tank also has a custom door built into the side for easy access. I'm quite proud of it

Just got to build the lid and wire up the heaters/lights/thermostat now!

Thanks for looking

Chris

Thank you

Its taken me a good few months to get it up to this point, purely because I was initially going to build a paludarium, made a custom natural looking stone platform to raise out of water (the bottom half of the tank below the door is waterproof), bought all the equipment, filter etc, then completely changed my mind due to lots of reasons, lol.

But to build the pyramid it only took a couple of days after a lot of research into what materials to use

Looks stunning. How are you planning to finish the top of the viv? Are you planning to use mesh or more glass?
