The only thing that concerns me is the heat lamp at the top. I can't see if it is guarded but climbing snakes (even ones which aren't known for climbing) love to curl up around unguarded lights. They will almost certainly curl around the black lamp holder/reflector thing as well and if that gets hot it could burn itself. I personally wouldn't have a hanging light like that in an arboreal viv I'd have one fully guarded so the snake can't touch any part of it, including both light bulb and the lamp holder.

Also neaten up the hanging wires because they'll climb all over them as well and dislodge fixtures and pull out the wires.

Should be ok for a bit, but I wouldn't expect it to last very long before the snake outgrows it, and you'll probably find his growth rate will slow down soon, any chance of getting new glass and runners and tipping it on its side?

You could cut a hole in the top and mesh it, just make sure it's VERY secure, boas are strong and will push mesh out if its not secure.
