Default Couriering reps.

Hi not sure if I posted this in the right place, apologies if I have or if the thread already exists. I need some advice please as I haven't couriered reps before and instinct tells me it's probably not a good idea, but due to lack of transport I will need to use courier shortly. Can anyone tell me if they have used a good company in the past, or more importantly who to avoid. Thank you.
