Default after feeding a Boa

Hi all im a newbie have Tarantulas but now have a Boa was a bit aggressive but with patience and a daily handle she seems to have calmed down. Im feeding a large adult rat per week. My question is after a feed is it advisable not to handle for a few days or with a heavy feed can i still handle ???

its best not to handle any snake after feeding for a day or two, otherwise they mite throw it up then you would have to feed it again.
