Hello from Cornwall

Hi everyone,

I'm quite new to looking after exotic pets. I started a couple of months ago with a Whites tree frog and soon after I got the "bug" ( please excuse the pun) and started looking into getting my first lizard. After extensive research we (my wife and I) decided that a bearded dragon would be the ideal first lizard, we then started the search for suitable vivariums and by luck a friend decided he no longer wanted his vivariums. So that was the housing sorted and the search for a beardie started. We soon found one in an exotic pet shop not far away. He is 6 months old and great fun to watch although a little skittish when we try to handle him. Next up we got a Black desert agama that we found in another pet shop, it was a bit of an impulse buy although we did do our research first. So that is our reptile family so far I'm sure we will get 1 or 2 more one day. Our 3 year old (soon to be 4) daughter loves them all and if she had her way they would all be out playing together.
