Peruphasma Schultei, Black Beauty stick insects, don't fly as adults.
They do have small bright red wings but they are far too small to fly with, they open them up when they are disturbed to frighten off predators, very pretty!
This species does have the ability to spray a nasty liquid if startled.

Default pink wing

"pink winged stick insects" these do fly (personal experiance :P ) lol

there are quite a few one that i think is really interesting is the Spur-legged Stick Insect as it is fully winged but cannot fly when it freatens predators it lifts its wings which are a bright violet colour.

pink wings definately glide , not so sure about fly , most species you will find it will be only the male to fly/glide as females are too heavy and do not have big enough wings to carry the weight , the suggest ones above are good, you could also try paramenexenus laetus, lime green adults , dont fly, sexual reproduction, or could try clonaria conformans , browny adult , sexual pairings but very fast breeders

There are loads!
May sound silly but all the ones without wings don't fly but there are many that do have wings that can't.
