To be honest, very few species of tarantulas need individual care sheets. The species in question is not one of them. If you don't mind me asking, is that a picture of your spider?
If so, there's quite alot of hings you will need to change in the setup. First and foremost, get rid of the bug gel - It's absolutely useless, despite what many "caresheets" and pet shop staff will tell you. Tarantulas cannot ingest it - You would do far better to simply replace it with a water dish.
Also, the substrate will need changing. Tarantulas do not fare well on bark chippings. There are several much more suitable alternatives. A personal favourite of mine is coconut humus. The downside of it is, that it can grow mould in warm, and moist conditions. However, the species in question will do just fine on dry substrate, so it's not an issue that needs concerning.
