Sling Heating Help ( No Thermostat! )

Heya,

I'm in a bit of a rut... I've gone and got myself P.Striata sling, and she's beautiful! Problem is, I don't have a thermostat, so I'm just wondering how else you would suggest heating her ? I've got a heatmat and I'm just wondering what is a safe way of ensuring she's warm enough without cooking her!

Currently she's in a small spice holder, not much bigger than these.

Any suggestions ?

What i did when I first got slings last winter, was to put their tubs into a larger container and stick a heatmat to the side of that. So then their own tubs weren't actually in contact with the mat, but the outer tub got nice and warm.

I stuck mine between the tv and the wireless base station that get really hot, seemed to work
