I have seen many shops with these for sale, all need proof of your dwa so theres no risk of someone without on having one.

the local pet shop had one but i did not have a tank set up yet and it got sold before i could get it and they did not ask me about a licence

as is already said, deathstalkers are drop for drop the most venomous scorpion on the planet, and they can kill you, they are not to be messed with, you really would need to be careful with one, any sting would need a trip to hospital, you would be in a bad way, anti venom is produced for this species, so that goes to show its dangerous enough to warrant it.

It is both illegal for the shop to sell you one, and illegal for you to keep one without a license.
