It's not an MM, you can tell by its pedipalps. I think she needs to come off her diet though

I'm interested in buying but very concerned about her health.

I wouldnt wanna pay £80 for her knowing she might not live too long...

Shes a tad skinny but she looks WC? Grazzy boy? Ive seen alot of these about recently. Doesnt mean shes not healthy. You would be hard pushed to find a "fat" tarantula in the wild. Certainly nothing like our well fed , Couch pottato pets

Fair point!

Graz - is "she" a WC specimen? Also, is she defo a T.blondi and not one of these T. sp "Burgundy" that seem to be in abundance lately.

Default Land of the jaguar

Sorry for sticking my nose in but the transportation of the large spiders from the Amazon (any wild caught) region is what stops them eating causing them to become dehydrated and loose condition. If you have seen the BBC series "land of the Jaguar" you can see just how large this species can get.

If this spider is eating it will put back it bulk quickly. The question is how many wild caught specimens do we need in the hobby?

I am sure this seller is not trying it on!

Great spiders!!
