what would you say is the minimum temp to sefaly send a tarantula with a heat pad?

I have an AF L parahybana and a MM N colouratovilosum to send, the buyers have been patiently waiting for about 5 weeks now.

The temps next week are predicted to be 2 degrees C during the night.

Too cold still?

I wouldn't post if the temp was due to go below about 5 degrees, even with a heat pack.

Does anyone feel it would be safe from experienced sellers even now?

Where's the snow forecast for? I'm sending a sub adult B auratum tonight to Leeds and bbc weather site says lowest temp for both London and Leeds overnight is 8 C - This would be fine with a heat pack surely right?

With a heat pad i would say the minimum temp to send out a T would be about 5-6degrees.

Without a heat pad i would say AT LEAST 15-16degrees.

its gettin to be summer now m8, the cold question doesn't really count now, this sticky was made during the winter months.
iv had 4 orders come to me in the last month with NO heatpack at all n all the T's were fine.
just buy your smithi no matter what your wife says, grow a pair...
just tell her she's not allowed to buy any shoes they'll get sun damaged..!
