Scolopendra cingulata (France), Body length ~2.5 - 3 Inches.

S subspinipes subspinipes (Java), Body length ~3.5 - 4 Inches.

Poecilotheria ornata, Leg span ~4 - 5 Inches.

Avicularia versicolor, Leg span ~2 - 3 Inches

Phyllocrania paradoxa, 4th instar

Also, the P. ornata has moulted and is substantially larger. I'm not going to guess but I will update when he/she is out and I can see.
