Im glad that has been pointed out ill raise it with my supplier

EDIT: i have just done some background information on this and they are also endmeic to Malaysia also within certain regions

I think they have them in Malaysia.

Just did a few searches and they are mentioned on one or two sites.


They eat mosquito larvae, wonder what else you could feed them on here?

Maybe bloodworm, daphnia(sp) or brine shrimp?

i think there is a care sheet in the invert scection about water scorpions i read it a few days ago

I kept several of these last year, they love mosquito larvae and at early instars thrive off daphinia

would you be able to get hold of a definate Female Lampropelma violaceopes about 2-3" legspan ?? if so id be very intrested
