Malaysia Invert Import
I am running a import from Malaysia for a wide selection of inverts this was going be a closed import as it was going to be stock for the unit I am ready to open but I thought it would be nice to open it up to the invert keepers of RFUK below is all the information relating to the import and ordering, Payment and DOA Terms

Company Information
I am the owner of the company World Reptile Imports Uk Ltd we are registered at companies house on the 2nd of February 2010 the company was formed so I could import a wide range of reptiles and then to sell onto the trade and retail customers

Stock
All stock on the list will be imported from Malaysia all stock will either be WC and CF and CB were stated also stock will only be sexed if stated on the list if not stated on the list the sex is unknown

DOA
Any DOA that lands in the UK I will contact the buyer or buyers and offer a full refund or replacement if there is one in stock the exporter will pack each invert the best that they can to ensure that it arrive in the UK in good health the exporter has told me that from Malaysia to London Heathrow will take no more the 2 days 48 hours

Collection
I will arrive at the animal reception centre 1 hour before the shipment lands and to make sure they get cleared by customs and to avoid any problems I will also inspect each invert to confirm any DOA and to take images of the DOA if there is any and contact the buyer or buyers I will be using a customs clearing agent to process all paperwork and will lease with the airport staff
I will then collect the shipment and then take it back to me so I can house feed and water each invert and to make sure they are in good health I will also hold them for 7 days to ensure the health of the inverts before they are sent onto the buyer

Payment
To make payment I require a 70% deposit for your total order to be payed by PayPal only then remaining 30% to be payed 1 week before the import is ordered the address payment should be sent to it

Postage/Collection
If you are not local to Plymouth i will be happy to post your order to you via Royal Mail special delivery at the cost of £7.00 this includes heat pack if cold weather
Collection if you are local to Plymouth or would like to collect your order in person i am happy with that please contact me in advanced to arrange a suitable time and day

Import Window Closed Date
The date of witch the import window will close is April the 1st after this date no further orders will be taken and the order will be placed with the exporter
