What I do with my adults is leave in Mealies all the time (changed daily) and change the water daily. I feed Crickets/ locusts/ dubias every two or three days (depending on the gecko - some will eat more often then others). I give them a waxworm each for a treat about once every two weeks.

What I honestly find is that a lot don't bother too much with the mealies but if they're there at least I know my gecks arn't going to go hungrey.

what type of thermostat do you use with a ceramic bulb, and do u need a uv bulb only asking just setting up a viv for first time. great care sheet by the way

Do you have a link to the type of lino you should use? I have some floor lino tiles but would they be too slippy?
