Erm i dont keep them but if they are being photograhed on Jeff Galewoods hand im thinking a lil like cresties but fast
Here is a snippet from his site They're a hardy little terrestrial gecko that originate from the middle east. Their care is very simple. They are nocturnal so they do not require UVA or UVB lighting. They can be kept in a five gallon tank or in a plastic shoe box that is well ventilated. We use heat tape to heat the bottoms of their cages, we keep the heated side at 90 degrees Fahrenheit and the cool side of the cage at room temperature ( mid 70 degrees Fahrenheit). We use paper towels for the bottom of their enclosure and cut up Dixie cups for them to hide under. We always have a shallow water bowl available that they can access, and they need to be misted once a day. Babies hatch out at about 3/4 inch long and they feed on 1/8 size crickets and fruit flies as babies. They can reach adult size in 4-5 months and we feed our adult viper geckos 1/2 size crickets. Males can be kept together, our breeding groups consist of two males with five females in a breeding group. They are very prolific, females lay two eggs per clutch normally every week and can easily lay fifteen to twenty clutches a breeding season. |
