Wanted: painted agama, south wales (pontypridd)

hi guys,
im new here so i dont really know what im doing.
im looking to get a painted agama for myself but havnt had any luck finding any in cardiff.
i have asked the shops if they can get them and reply with "im not sure" so im stuck.
ive done some research on them and they look fantastic. does anybody know how much they cost.
and also is there anywhere i can get them in south wales and would a 27"x27" viv with basking platforms and shaded areas be big enough to cater for one?

my male cost £20 and my females cost £25 each.

i don't intend to breed them right now, but will be at some point in the future. So i can't help with babies at the moment!

I found them really hard to get hold off :S I spent about 6 months looking for a female(s) after i got my male, but they aren't meant to be that "rare", they're just hard to find.

I just had to keep looking through classified adds

mine are in 36" wide x 24" deep, and about 18" high and they have loads of room to move around. i think theyd be quite happy in a 27" x 27" with additional off the ground platforms.
They also like to climb up walls if they're textured for them.

yeh they are pretty hard to find i spoke to a guy in dragon reptiles today and he has a male and female for £80 each which a bit expensive i think and they dont like to be handle and are really scatty.ive made walls today out of expanding foam and sand today so im gonna get them in soon and see where i go from there. thanks for your advic becky.

yeh i got him from there. pughs garden centre i got the bigger one of the two
