Exclamation Male Chinese Water Dragon & Huge Vivarium

I have a male water dragon who is in need of a new home. He is 1 1/2 years old and approximatly 25 inches long. He is in good health but for a little snout damage which since i have had him has improved significantly. He has a friendly temperment and has no problems being handled by strangers.

Unfortunatly I am moving to europe due to work and am unable to take him with me due to lack of space where i will be living. I would like to find him a good home as soon as possible.

The vivarium is a custom build that i built myself from scratch. Its dimensions are 2' deep x 4' wide x 6' high. It was constructed from an old school science cabinet and is therefore very tough. In the bottom 2' sits a custom built glass tank which has been leak tested to the top without a single leak. The bottom of the tank is designed to be half land, half water, to allow him to dig deep or swim properly. The upper 4' of the vivarium is covered in custom shaped polystyrene which has had a black grout coating painted on, in order to allow him to climb. There is currently around 40 guppies living in the water and two small catfish to keep the water mess free. There is a water filter and water jet to keep the water clean. There is also a water heater to keep the water temperature at the right level. The lighthing is provided by a solar bulb, and a moon light for night. At the bottom of the vivarium is a cupboard to store supplements and equipment and another cupboard containing a drawer which has all the electrics laid out. There are also two fans which operate to keep the air fresh and a heat pad hidden behind the glass tank to regulate the temperature at night. I will include all the branches and greenery in the vivarium too.

All in all the vivarium has cost me a lot to construct, however for the vivarium and 'Bubba' i'm only asking for £250. If you have any questions or would like to see pictures, just let me know.

I can also include the fish if so wanted.
