Hi,

Is anyone planning on attending the Hamm show in March. Im looking for some uroplatus geckos if someone was able to purchase them for me.

Ive kept fimbratus, henkeli and silkorae a few years ago and would like to start keeping them again and try breeding them.

All info is appreciated.

im goign to get them when i go - found a breeder and resverved the ones we want
just to say - you need papers to get them over heree now as they are on the CITIES list

they are Uroplatus Guentheri I really like the cork bark ones too - do you mean Uroplatus Pietschmanni?

your best bet is to find a breeder as I hear they are usually all sold before the show. The breeder we are getting two off has pretty much sold all his Guentheri youngsters already. If you manage to find any other breeders, I would be interested to know please drop me a PM if you do

There was some CB U. phantasticus offered to me for 350euro each sexed youngster ill check if there all sold as this was xmas time and they sell very quick CB

Yea its the cork barks (Uroplatus Pietschmanni) im after or even the mossy leaf tails (U.Sikorae). I have a supplier in the USA which i have used before and he usually attends hamm so ive contacted him to see what he has for me.

What all is needed to bring them back then and is it easy to get sorted as a few years ago i didnt need anything.

I have a custom built tank which is 5ft x 4ft x 2ft which i kitted out with cork bark panels and branches etc for the uroplatus when i last had then and its also go a full misting system to keep it the way they like it.

If anyone is going over would you be willing to bring some back for me.

I live in Northern Ireland so they would have to be posted to me once you arrive back but thats not a problem as i usually get all my animals via the mainland.

if anyone would interested in doing this for me im sure we can come to some arrangement over costs etc.
