Default native reptiles

I was out fishing to day and some native reptiles decided to come and say hello.

Awesome pics mate, love to see the natives. Hoping to get out to Theford Forest in the coming weeks for a spot of herping.

there are normally loads of grass snakes too, but didn't see any today.

these were taken at a fishing venue just outside of portsmouth, the common lizards come right up to you, the adders are a bit more shy but if you know where to look you can be fishing right next to one like today.

hey great pics..... used to get alot of common lizards up at the kennels i used to work at, and grass snakes used to bask on the grass areas.... did have a incident when one got into a cat pen, so had to alter the fronts of cat pens to stop them getting in... (no cats where harmed)
