No not hard at all.....a bit of a mission to get it eating a varied diet as in the wild ants make up 90% of their diet but cb a working progress so hopefully these lil things will adapt alot better in time.

could you not buy a formicarium and breed your own ants too? or arent ya interested in them... id love to have a proper ant colony
usually a good 10+ different species available easy.. beginner - experienced alike

they do well on size 2 blacks
