Default New addition -pair of fan-foot geckos (Ptyodactylus guttatus)

Here they are, just arriving home today

Note that they are P. guttatus and not P. hasselquisti as often misnamed by pet dealers and importers:

They do look stunning!
Settled in and clambering about already by the looks of things too!

Well they are not as fast as a day gecko but handling is difficult, those are definitely display geckos not pets meant to be handled, more, their skin tears easily as it is thin and fragile .
But those are hardy geckos when properly housed and cared for and more, you can raise the young with the parents!
Nevertheless, it is advisable not to house more than a pair together as they are very, very territorial, even females can attack each other .
