Donna cleane out the Fire Skinks today, seem to love the new set up

i looked after some of these once...they didnt like me much. just wanted to eat my fingers everytime i went near them!

I picked three of these up about two months ago, they seem rather tame considering there WC don't mind being handled at all and never been bitten.

Nice Viv but I thought they needed a moist substrate though?
Thus i've been using a moss/top soil mix for them, which they seem to love helps keep humidity up too.


Got these photos on on my phone (so not the best) last week before/during cleaning .

Nice skinks,but their a forest species,not desert.Id stick a moss box in and mix some soil with the sand.
