Default herping have a look!!!!

hi right i thought i would go out 2 day and do a little bit of herping, it had rained all morning then the sun started to come out, i went to an area where i have seen reptiles in the past i didnt think i would really find much as it had rained all morning. this is what i found:

Default slowworms

there were loads of sloworms, and common lizards i couldnt take pics of everything i found as i found like 30 sloworms and 20 lizards.. lol

I seen these lizards 2 weeks ago whilst waiting to move someone in. These guys were all sat on a wall, managed to catch a few of them, Quick little buggers.

Seems you had a good day herping, nice one...

are they slow worms its years since ive seen them what lizard did you find?

yer they are sloworms i found loads of adults and some really small 1s.

the lizards are just common lizards (lacerta vivipara)

thanks for the replys, not many people know where abouts these are so it is kind of good as you do not get loads of silly kids trying to catch and keep them as i have seen kids in the past pilling loads of sloworms into a little bootle...... and they dont even no how to catch the properly as they always drop their tails......
