Question Gecko Id

Hi,

My girlfriend split with her ex not so long back & he left with her, his gecko which to be honest, wasnt very well looked after. He's really aggressive, wont let anyone go near him, just runs away & most often than not, tries to bite you.
As well as this, she is unsure what type of gecko it is - could anyone let me know as she's quite curious

the pic is old btw, the viv has been cleaned & he is now being well looked after & he is feeding well - but still wont let anyone go near him..

Let us know,

Cheers
Mike

From the pic, I'd say Teratoscincus keyserlingii (frog-eyed gecko), but I'm not 100% on that.

I know you have to be careful when handling these geckos as their skin is quite delicate, and tears easily. Good luck

Cheers everyone

I think we both have given up trying to handle him, was bad enough getting him out to clean his viv. He went absolutely mental jumping around all over heh.

But he's feeding well & healthy, thats the good thing
