Talking WOOOOO! new cresties!!!!

My new cresites!!!

Picked em up today. I reserved them a month ago nd couldn't wait any longer. This is them in their temp tank for now as im still setting up their bigger permentant one. They are 3 nd 4 months old nd both look like females so far so im hoping that wont change. So far they're sttling in great. Both have eated and pooed and both seem to love their new CGD

I dont really know much about morphs, but i think the little light one is a cream/yellow tiger flare and the older darker one is a harlequin.
Not sure though so opinions wanted

First, tail-less creamy little'un

And now, the long tailed bigger darker one

Aren't they cute
The dark one just pooed on the light one lol

Anyway,I've been thinking of Roxy for the bigger one and Trixy or Honey or Leela for the little'un.
Not sure though. What do y'all think?
xx

They're gorgeous! ^_^ Not too sure on morphs. Also try not to get your hopes up that they're both females - they're still really young and therefore could easily be boys.

Do you know if they're related?

Nice cresties I would separate them as they may bully/fight each other due to their difference in size heres a morph guide Crested Gecko Morph Guide - Gecko Resource Forums

They look gorgeous but theres its very unlikely they are of guaranteed sex (and id be amazed if a pet shop would happily swap them for females as these are worth twice the price!)

Id certainly seperate them until you know their sexes (about a year old) but they are very pretty and i hope you enjoy them

Yeah thats what I was thinking but didnt say anything.

How likely is it that a pet shop can just 'produce' 2 females on demand also.

I was thinking same as you guys but didn't want to say anything... I wouldn't have thought any pet shop would swap a £60 male for a £120+ female, but there may be just a shop out there!

But they're beautiful cresties anyway!

Judging by the size of the one in your hand, you could sex them if you had a jewellers loupe. I could do it for you, but you are a bit far away....if you wanted to bring them down if you were passing then I would sex them for you
