Eric looks a little unhappy, colour wise
but i suppose thats not unexpected since their still adjusting
Stacy is looking pretty relaxed and happy already tho

they are beautiful

is their bite really as bad as people say (i only have nips from a day gecko to compare with, although our female did mangage make my OH bleed when he dropped her mealworm)

I think its cause they are readily available as wild caught...theres no restrictions on importing them i believe.
And because they are aggressive shops cant move them.

Yeah i thought that, he's constantly darker though. As i said they're still settling in and hopefully he'll lighten up.... however my sykes is naturally dark during the day hours and she only lightens at night when the lights are off.... so its possible he's just gonna be a bit darker

And yes, a bad bite from them is bad. A nip isn't however... it marks and bleeds but doesn't do much damage. A Full blown bite can cause trouble though.

As above. I reckon since they are just young that Shellys colours may even get lighter, so hopefully i'll still be able to tell them apart

Great pic's. The first ones should be titled "everybody say aahhhhh"
Then the lower pics where they've calmed down looks like it's smiles all round!

All the best

Eric was rehomed as in the long run, she seemed quite withdrawn in herself. Seperating her was the best option and taken quickly, and my friend fell in love so she went there.

Shelly was quarantined and now lives with my older (more psychotic) girl sykes. Her colours are lovely and shes a typical tokay... only you can hold her. I tend to just leave them to it though as they have a lovely big viv, and they just come out for health checks

We've named them Eric (the darker purple male looking one) and Shelly (the powder blue)

They are just young, and are being quarantined at the moment but both are doing great.... I couldn't believe how tame they were
Gave them a two day settling in but couldn't resist a couple of piccies tonight....

So here we are... piccies
