Default Sungazers

I have posted this within another topic but i thought they deserved their own post.

Here are some pictures of Sungazers - Cordylus giganteus in their natural habitat.

2009 young with an older sibling



Adult male



And my favourite picture, mother and young at the enterance of their burrow. Note how brightly coloured the young is compaired to the adult

They look like lovely lizards, defiantly worthy of the name sun gazers, especially in that first photo
