Default young leo vomiting

Is it normal for young leo's to throw up certain food's? He is about 4 or 5 months old and mainly eats brown crickets. He takes these fine but when I try to mix it up a bit with locust hoppers or mealworms he has thrown them up in the morning. He takes them fine and show's plenty of interest but he just doesnt seem able to keep them down. He has never thrown up crickets. Is this the norm ?

How many is the leo taking? Maybe it's eaten to much? I wouldn;t really worry unless she is doing it day in day out. My Leo vomited some up last night but she ate way to much...

so what does he throw up then?? cos you said he mainly eats brown crix but then said he has never thrown them up. So what is it that he is throwing up?? how often is this happening???

Make sure your temps are ok as if its not warm enough they will struggle to digest their food and thus could bring it back. Must say a couple of my young ones do it now and again I think its just when they eat far too much and their little tummies can't cope.

This could be down to either temps being too low and not being able to digest food, or the livefood being to big for the leo (it should be now bigger than the leo's head).

It could also be that it has eaten too much but they usually know when their full
