Question Phoenix worms- Calci worms

I've just read the other thread on these, i've never even heard of them, they sound really interesting does anyone use them? can you feed them to leos or beardies? how big are they?

About 1cm long, yes fine for beardies as they're very high in calcium and don't need dusting but...........it would be very expensive to use them as a staple livefood, when I tried my Harriet with them she seemed to love them for the first couple of days then wouldn't entertain them
