It's very rare that a female would lay eggs without being with a male; it occasionally happens, but it's certainly not common.
You'd probably notice her eating a lot more, scratching around and digging frantically. You may notice marble-shaped lumps in her stomach, or you may not. All you'd have to do is put a suitable laying box in for her to lay them in. Once out, they can be thrown away; there's no point incubating them if they're not fertile. If she's been with a male at any point in her life, there's a very small chance they would be fertile; you could try incubating them, or pop them in the freezer overnight to ensure they can't develop in a compost heap / landfill, then throw them out.
I wouldn't worry too much about it though - it's one of the least common "problems" that beardies can have!
