I've got it into my head now that I really want an Iguana ..
I have done lots of research over about 5 months and realise that this is a very big commitment .. If I do get one it won't be for another few months and I would do alot more reading .. I also know someone with an Iguana so will be able to see and handle a fully grown one .. But my question is would I be better getting one as a baby from a shop or a rescue one .. People are always saying too many Iguana's are being dumped because they get too big and how too many Iguana's are in rescue homes .. So would it be better getting a rescue to save one more Iguana and give it a second chance ..

build a huge enclosure and rehome an adult iguana theres loads of fully grown adults needing homes.just imagine the quality of life you could give an iguana in a nice enclosure.
i am getting another rescue on friday to go in my enclosure i cant wait to see his reaction when i show him his pool and his enclosure ![]() also i would suggest reading this........from start to finish http://www.anapsid.org/pdf/icfs.pdf |
