At times things will happen around the household or within view that will freak a lizard out.
As long as it feels safe in its enviroment it shouldnt happen too much or be too problematic. You have to do what you think.

u can never make them feel 100% safe al the time
if it continues to be a problem maybe try moving... i moved my WD to oppostie side of room from the door and they are much happier
