Hi, my adult bearded dragon has recently managed to get a load of mites, he is very sleepy, has crusty scales around the eyes ( to the point that scales are peeling off ) he also has some crusty scales around his back area, and on top of his head. I took him to the vets ( before i noticed the mites ) and he gave me a course of baytril to apply via syringe into the mouth, 1ml every day for 2 weeks. I then noticed that hidden in the corner of his mouth loads of small black mites, and some red mites aswell. I was intending to use beaphar but i noticed some mites around the eye which means i cannot use the beaphar so i dont know what to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ben
