I mainly use the Repashy superfoods two part system daily. This is highly recommended by many cresty keepers (check out The Pangea Forums - Crested Geckos & More - Powered by vBulletin).

Once a week I also feed small crixs or locusts as they enjoy these, esp hunting them down.

I forgot to mention that I also once a week feed a home made yogurt mix which I got from the above forum. They go made for this.

I feed the two-part CGD every two days - simply because I don't like leaving them without food available.

Then I offer livefood (locusts/crickets/roaches) once a week - to youngsters and breeding females I offer twice a week instead.

The Rhac book by Repashy, Fast and de Vosjoli also gives an idea of potential feeding schedules using CGD:

1) CGD twice a week and supplemented insects once a week

2) CGD once a week and supplemented insects twice a week

3) CGD three times a week

My mistake, I to also feed the 2 part system every 2 days as i leave the food in the viv until due for change. i find that my cresty's don't eat all of it at once so it last the 2 days.
