Good luck mate.
To be honest I'm disgusted that it was sold to you in such a condition. The previous owner should have had itr seen to as soon as it was noticed. Let us know how is goes at the vets. Tbh vets is the only sensible option.

Good luck at the vets! I just hope it hasn't progressed all the way into the stomach yet. Mouth rot is easily treated in the early stages but is fatal if left for too long. I'm keeping my fingers, toes and eyes crossed that all goes well for you and the little Bosc.
