Any problems with petzoo.co.uk?????

hi there just wondered if anyone had any problems with petzoo.co.uk
Ive been waiting a week for delivery was told i would get stuff on tuesday Tried emailing but no reply There isn't a phone number & i'm getting a bit cheesed off!!!
It was a few things for my flexi no food thank god
Who does other lizard owners use?

I have no personal experience but have heard of many people having problems with them

We ordered something from them and had a few problems, the delivery took almost three weeks, they gave us the parcel numbers but we couldn't trace them as they didn't tell us what courier it would, they said it would be either DHL or one of their affiliates , and when it did finally arrive they delivered it to the wrong address (the delivery address was different to the billing address)

Have used a different online company and no problems what so ever ....

Personally i only use triple 8 reptiles for everything, have heard Cornish crispa co are very good too

I have had probs with petzoo in the past, live food taking nearly two weeks, missed orders etc. I use live foods and Cornish crispa now, they are excellent.

use 888 cause unlike alot of other reptiles online shops, they send your stuff even if other stuff is out of stock. i was waiting for over 3 weeks from another shop online cause 1 item was out of stock so they held my whole £250+ order back just so they didnt have to pay extra for postage. i had to cancel that item in the end. when i ordered from 888 they sent me my stuff and took the stuff that was out of stock off the invoice. thats fair enough cause then i aint waiting for stuff to turn up and can order it from some where that has it.
