Default Arggghhh Petzoo.co.uk

Well thats almost 10 days late for my order Their website says please email any problems So yes i have done this many many times but no answer yet!!!!!! All i want to know is if it has been sent ,if the stuffs out of stock etc To say i'm off is an understatement
Haven't managed to find a phone number for them yet

i ordered 2 different size of vines & some cham dust
Thing is i order loads online & don't get too much problems but i was really wanting my chams viv all finished in 1 week so as not too disturb him too much
Their number should be on the website or would they be engaged all the time with complaints theres got to be a reason as all the othe other rep shops have a number Guess i chose the wrong one

Only ever ordered from them once and had no problem - delivery was very quick. But have heard a few bad things about them. And I find it weird that they send you a confirmation email with something like "if you have recieved the wrong items, please click here", but not really any other links, like "is your order late?" haha!

Not all internet companies are bad...some of us are OK.....they should display their phone number though- we try to encourage customers to email but also appreciate that sometimes you just need to do it the old fashioned way! Out of interest, do you think there is a gap in the market for a competetively priced, well stocked, fast delivery etc pet store that sells a good selection of rep supplies? Or do you think there is enough to choose from out there already? What do you think is lacking with the online stores available at the moment (if anything!)

Well my other half looked at petzoo & said it was the worst site from the 5 i favourited! ! Trust me to pick that 1 All the rest have phone numbers
Most important is if a customer contacts u then reply as soon as u can as its highly unlikely that customer will return if you don't show respect no matter how small or large the items you sell
As to a gap in the market if you look after ur customers then they will return again & again
I just want my Vines!!!!!
