have u noticed
not many shops use the calypso 5 X a week then the vit supplement on a weekend
they all use the t-rex all in one thats what my bds been getting the all in one t-rex ( calcium and vits) but its mostly vits does it matter if it getschanged cause i wanna use the pure calciumn 5X then the t-rex on a weekend,will this tress it out?

ahhhh so u can use just that , how many times? everyday 1 feed?

theres one for the insects and one for the veggys, i feed mine a bowl of veg every day, dusted with the veg one, and i feed locusts and mario worms every 2 days, i only dust the mario worms as the locusts are like 2 inches and REALLY hard to get into the bag and end up in my bedroom, but the marios are easier because obviously i can just pick them up with tweezers!
EDIT - but if your getting a baby feed it twice a day with however many crickets it will eat in 15-20 mins, dust one feed per day.

ohhh, can u use the allin one for the veg too would it matter?
i will be dusting crickets with it so how often should i do this

yup thats it!! underneath the bit that says dragon dust, it will either say insect cricket balancer (the one for insects) or veggie growth formula (the one for veg) cost around £4 each, sweet talk your rep shop and they may let you have them both for £7
 or even buy one get one free becuase your buying the beardie (and setup?) off of them
